PricePointe Partners with Eco Bank to Launch Operations in Lagos

PricePointe Wholesale Club, in partnership with Eco Bank, has commenced operations in Lagos with the opening of an Ultra-modern warehouse at Ilupeju Industrial Crescent.

According to the company, the 8000 square meters indoor warehouse is the first of six storehouses it plans to set up in Lagos in a bid to help its members get products at manufacturers’ prices while cutting out traditional middlemen in the process.

While addressing the gathering at the unveiling of the Ilupeju warehouse, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of PricePointe Wholesale Club, Mr. Tayo Williams noted that the company has pioneered the world-class multi-store for multiple brands in a bid to provide a one-stop lifestyle shopping experience for Nigerians who want to shop things in bulk conveniently and at a world class environment that will be convenient for them, their families, and most importantly, at really great prices.

“With products and services sourced directly from manufacturers and providers, PricePointe club members will enjoy groceries, household items, appliances, insurance, flight tickets, petrol, diesel, and more at massive discounts you won’t find anywhere else; all of which are open to PricePointe club members. Retailers can also buy less than a carton but still enjoy Wholesale prices, as well as the convenient opportunity to shop from 6AM every day, including Sundays.” Williams added.

He later disclosed that PricePointe Club has entered into partnership with various manufacturers and service providers to ensure that its members get the lowest possible prices. He said companies such as Nigerian Breweries, Binatone, Powergen, Powerhorse, UAC, Reckitt-Benckiser, Procter & Gamble, 7UP Bottling, and Indomie have signed to work with them.

The Launch, in partnership with Ecobank, and its multi-featured digital payment solution, Ecobank Pay, as well as Old Mutual, also saw the emergence of winners in the raffle draws held at the launch event, which included prizes of rent up to 2 Million Naira for 1 lucky winner, school fees up to 1 Million Naira for 2 lucky kids, as well as free groceries, travel tickets, & auto insurance for a year.

The PricePointe Wholesale Club flagship warehouse houses other services such as Tire and battery centre, restaurants, dentistry, eye clinic, and many more. The launch event hosted by Chioma Omeruah, popularly called, ChyGurl brought together some of Nigeria’s most respected individuals, celebrities and industry leaders.
