Ex- Nigerian international football player Sunday Oliseh recently launched a mobile football news service called ‘Football on the Go’. The service serves MTN, Airtel and Etisalat subscribers; it provides Nigerians with the latest information on matches, players and match officials.
Through the platform Oliseh, who is currently in Brazil at the World Cup, said he will be sending first-hand news and analysis to subscribers, with the service not limited to the World Cup.
“I have spent the better part of my life involved with football, and I have seen it all, from a multiple award-winning playing career to coaching, FIFA World Football development and football analysis. It is this wealth of experience and my undying passion for the game that I would like to bring to bear in rendering this service to the teeming Nigerian football fans,” Oliseh said.
Prospective subscribers are required to send xxx to 34445 for MTN subscribers, xxx to 34445 for Airtel subscribers and xxx to 34445 for Etisalat subscribers.
