MTN Nigeria Partners With Forte Oil On Customer Service Delivery.
MTN says the project will increase the footprint of its products and services while providing more impactful merchandise deployment for easy access to its teeming customers.
The Kiosk service will offer both current and intending subscribers the full bouquet of products and services including SIM card sales, VTU, SIM registration and activation, Data and Device sales and product information on MTN consumer products and services.
According to Omatsola Barrow, Sales and Distribution Executive, MTN wants to engage its customers through excellent retail experience, irrespective of their location.
As a result, MTN is using Forte Oil because it is one of the most “progressive firms in the industry, with lot of potentials to achieve great things”, the Sales Executive quipped.
