“We will solicit for customers for you. We want you to make the branch a functional one. Opening from 9:am to about 11:am or so is not good enough. We want you to extend it we will do everything to support you.”
In order to ease the problem of waiting for long time in the queue while seeking to make withdrawals, the Olobaagun of Obaagun, Oba Okunade Adebisi, encouraged the bank to increase the ATM points to about four.
Oba Adebisi said that one of his nephews collapsed while staying in the queue and eventually died due to exhaustion after saying in queue for so long.
Increasing the ATM points would prevent this type of sad incident from happening, Oba Adebisi said.
One of the oldest customers in the branch, Pa Isaac Oyeniran, according to Punch also appealed to the bank to increase the ATMs at the branch and to extend the banking hours in order to ensure that their customers were more satisfied.
