It has been confirmed that, popular pop gospel singer Kefee (real names Irikefe Obareki-Esosa) has been placed on life support after being rushed to a hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, according to latest reports.
AIT had earlier on Sunday afternoon reported that the Kokoroko and Branama crooner had slipped into coma after collapsing on a flight to Chicago.
Kefee, who is attending a course in music video directing in the U.S., was said to have suffered brain injury when she slipped slipped from the plane’s staircase and fell early last week.
Kefee’s husband, Teddy Esosa, an On Air Personality with Star FM, Lagos, has reportedly jetted out to the U.S. to be with her. Kefee’s fans are praying for her survival and quick recovery.
